2. User Registration and Account Management

For users under 13 years of age, we require verifiable parental consent in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Upon account deletion: - All personal information will be removed within 30 days - Account access will be immediately restricted - Educational records and associated data will be securely deleted - Backup data will be retained for no more than 30 days for technical purposes Users should export any data they wish to keep before requesting account deletion, as we cannot recover data once the deletion process has begun. For educational institutions, we recommend exporting any necessary records before account deletion to comply with their record-keeping requirements.
